Reflexology Class Schedule
Reflexology can be performed safely and effectively and encourages all systems of the body toward a healthy homeostasis even when massage is contraindicated. Reflexology is not massage and massage is not reflexology. According to the philosophy of reflexology, all the organs, glands and parts of the body have representing reflexes on the feet. Any health problem in the body can usually be detected in the corresponding area of the foot. Classes are open to all. NCBTMB
