Art of Body Experience is a privately owned and operated massage therapy practice.

Deborah Peters is a graduate of Kneaded Energy School of Massage, located at 321 W Wendover, in Greensboro, NC. Deborah received her LMBT license from the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy.

She is a Reiki Master Teacher and teaches Usui Reiki for private individuals or groups. The courses, Usui Reiki I and II, are approved for continuing nursing education credit by the North Carolina Nurses Association. Art Of Body Experience is approved by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider for Usui Reiki I and II, Advanced Reiki Training, and Reiki Master – Teacher training. Deborah received her training from Reiki Master Teachers Margo S. Ross Sears and David W Sears. She practices the Usui / Tibetan system of energy and touch therapy.

Deborah specializes in Oncology Massage Therapy having received her certificate of completion from Tracy Walton, MS, LMT, Julie Streeter, RN, LMT and Cindy Gillan, LMT. Deborah also teaches Oncology Massage for Caregivers, family and friends for private families or groups. Art Of Body Experience is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider for Oncology Massage for Caregivers and Oncology Massage.

Deborah is also certified in Integrative Reflexology and received her certification from Claire Marie Miller, NCMT. She teaches Integrative Reflexology from introductory level to advance levels for private individuals and groups. Art Of Body Experience is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider for Integrated Reflexology, Introduction to Integrated Reflexology, Integrated Reflexology – Feet, Integrated Reflexology – Lower Extremity, and Integrated Reflexology – Acupressure-Meridian.

Deborah Peters is a certified Prenatal Massage Therapist and received her training from Sue Walker. LMBT.

She currently is pursuing certification in Neuromuscular Therapy with instructor Don Kelley, CNMT and has completed certification for Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, Torso/Pelvis and Cervical Cranium.

Deborah is a Certified Fitness Trainer and received her certification from ISSA; she offers personal training in Reidsville, NC.
